25 Liberty was acquired in 2014. Sitting in the heart of Liberty Village, it is surrounded by some of the hippest amenities in the City of Toronto. It was rezoned in 2018 to approximately 300,000 square feet of mixed-use development, with the intent of being primarily leased commercial office. The building was designed by Sweeny and Co Architects and will integrate the existing unique heritage building, using advice provided by ERA Architects
